The Spirit of Monmouth running club is an all inclusive running club, affiliated to Welsh Athletics, which caters for all levels of running ability.  If you are a 3 mile jogger or an experienced marathon runner you are more than welcome to come along and join our friendly group.   At present the club has a regular turnout of around 20 – 40 runners with another 30 occasional attendees on our membership list.

Members range from 18 – 72 years of age, and have taken part in a wide variety of events from the London marathon through to the Local Santa Fun Run (1.2 mile) which is organised by the club to raise money for local charities. We also have an active social calendar open to all members and their families should the mood take you.

The club meets at the Monmouth School Sports Centre, opposite Lidl, three times a week.
